Tour Program

The guide will meet you at the hotel

The Guide will take you to visit the Bang Pa-In Royal Palace, which is located in Bang Pa-In District, Ayutthaya. The Bang Pa-In Royal Palace is a summer residence originally built during the Ayutthaya period by King Prasat Thong. It was extensively restored and expanded during the reign of King Rama V of the Rattanakosin era. The palace complex features a variety of architectural styles, including Thai, Chinese, and European influences. Notable structures include the Aisawan Thiphya-Art Pavilion and the Chinese-style royal temple. Today, the palace is still used for special royal ceremonies and is open to the public for visits.

Then the guide will take you to visit Wat Mahathat, which is located in Ayutthaya Historical Park, and is one of the most important temples from the Ayutthaya period. It was built during the reign of King Borommarachathirat I (around 1374 AD) and was once the center for religious activities, housing sacred relics of the Buddha. Today, Wat Mahathat is a major tourist attraction, best known for the iconic Buddha head entwined in tree roots.

Then the guide will take you to visit the Wat Phra Si Sanphet, located in Ayutthaya Historical Park, which was the most important royal temple during the Ayutthaya period. It was built during the reign of King Borommatrailokkanat in 1448. The temple had no resident monks as it was part of the royal palace grounds. Wat Phra Si Sanphet is famous for its three large stupas that house the ashes of several Ayutthayan kings.

The last visit point is Rak Na Café, a serene café located amidst the rice fields of Ayutthaya. The café is known for its natural and peaceful atmosphere, featuring a long wooden bridge that extends through the fields, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in nature. It’s a popular spot for photography with beautiful scenic views. The café serves a variety of food, drinks, and locally-made desserts, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the countryside.

After visiting Rak Na Café, the guide will kindly send you to your hotel, where your tour program will conclude. Thank you for choosing our service, and we hope you had a wonderful experience!
